The Syracuse Real Food Co-op is owned, controlled, and used by member-owners; individuals who are invested in the mutual benefit that our sustainable, thriving, cooperative commerce brings to our community.

The SRFC is governed by a democratically elected Board of Directors. Each fall the Co-op holds a General Membership Meeting (GMM) where the candidates announce they are running. Voting then takes place in the store.

The Co-op is run day-to-day by a trained and knowledgeable Staff.
