It would help if there was a single document tracking the changes. Or at least comparing the sections. This is a efficency item the coop can do for the memebers. Hi Jason, We will have comprehensive bullet points in our annual meeting packet. I understand your concern, but we did not edit our old Bylaws. We started with another co-op's bylaws (Lexington Co-op Market in Buffalo, New York) to draft a working copy, and then we got an opinion from Charlie Sullivan at Bond, Schoeneck and King. Charlie is New York State's Cooperative Commerce Law Expert. He supplied vast amounts of legalese that we really should have in there. From there, we took suggestions from our forums (we added back a second annual meeting, and added a preamble that contains the seven international cooperative principals.) Long-winded, I know, but the point is, we started fresh, rather than from the old document. When Thane presents this this year, we will be sure to compare the sections.
